Topic Description:
Standards require written policies prohibiting use of tobacco products and alcohol in facilities and outside and during field trips and transport. Illegal drugs, over- or inappropriate use of prescription drugs, and unauthorized use of toxic substances prohibited. Firearms prohibited in centers, with special provision for large and small family homes.
